New Honda motorcycles: CBR250R tuned by Mugen
 16th December, 2010

Experts at the Japanese tuning house Mugen have already got to work on the new Honda CBR250R, giving the bike a full performance and styling makeover.
While the UK is forced to wait until the new Honda motorcycles hit showrooms in February 2011, Mugen's highly-trained tweakers have already been getting to grips with the machine.
For starters, the Mugen version of the CBR250R has been clad, from nose to tail, in the brand's traditional colour scheme – a stylish red and black.
"Other changes include a Mugen stainless steel exhaust, which gives a small power increase, a red Alcantara seat cover and wheel stripes," reported Motorcycle News.
The new Honda motorcycles have also been given a host of Mugen styling parts, black rearsets, crash bungs and an iridium-coated windscreen.
But Mugen's engineers are not the only ones to have tinkered with the Honda CBR250R prior to its UK launch.
Moriwaki has also given the bike some attention, with a full paint job, in the brand's blue-and-yellow racing colours and a stainless steel exhaust system.
