Leo is part of our Workshop reception team and you will likely speak to him when you book your bike in for a visit. Leo is keen to learn about the maintenaince and repair of motorcycles and is often found on his days off in the workshop learning from and assisting our skilled technicians.
Having worked for our accountants for the past 8 years, Julia took over from Shelly Rowe to work direct for us when she went on maternity leave. Some years later she is still part of the Doble team working alongside Mike and Paul to help run the business and administration side of the company.
Moira has joined Julia in the Doble office and is currently partly responsible for liaising with our suppliers and ensuring our accounts are up-to date. Moira has a wealth of experience in the office environment and brings with her many helpful contacts from her role as an elected local councillor in Sutton.
Michael joins us with over 15 years of industry experience, having worked in every department within a dealership including a previous stint as our Clothing Manager. "In 2012 we are hoping to work closely with the motorcycling community in our area, supporting local events and organisations", says Michael.
Rob is a key member of our customer service team, here to take care of all aspects of finance and insurance, ensuring sales compliance with Financial Services Authority regulations. Jasmine has joined Nick in our clothing department, bringing with her over 7 years of top quality customer service experience, having worked for companies such as John Lewis. Jasmine adds a much needed female point of view in our male dominated store, and has a great eye for visual merchandising. Away from work Jasmine is a keen horse-rider and owns her own horse locally.
Nick has recently been promoted to manager of our well stocked Clothing Department. It is Nicks’s responsibility to maintain stock of our top class product range. Keen to help you with best advice on those products, he loves a good chat about bikes.
Stephen is in charge of web design and running the Doble home page, he is also working very hard with our new online shop Doble Direct, also fixing and upgrading the shop computers when we break them. For many years, a senior workshop technician, Graham works at the parts and accessories counter in our busy showroom. His background provides him with useful insight into the supply and fitting of parts and he’ll be happy to share the benefits of his experience with you.
Ian Tapsell, Parts Manager- Ian is passionate about motorcycling. He is often to be found passengering his classic race sidecar outfit and likes nothing better than talking bikes, applying his extensive bike know how to help maintain our excellent stocks of quality parts and accessories .
Joining the team in 2008, Ian brings with him years of sales experience from outside the motorcycle trade. His love of bikes is matched by his enthusiasm for providing a high level of customer care and he’ll work hard to provide you with the deal you need.
Mike brings a wealth of customer service to the role, with many years of experience in retail behind him. He loves bikes and will strive to offer the best deal to help you get the bike you want.

Tony is in charge of our preparation team. It is his responsibility to ensure that our high presentation standards are maintained. He also assists in the delivery of motorcycles to customers during busy periods. You can call Tony on 020 8668 8856.
A fully qualified, Honda assessed and approved technician, Clive has many years of experience, working on a vast range of marques. An MOT tester and approved alarm installer, on summer weekends he’ll often be found trackside at BSB rounds, fettling his nephew’s Superstock race bike.
Dave started working here at Dobles on the preparation team valeting the used motorcycles prior to sale. He has now earned a place on the Honda Modern Apprenticeship Scheme which has seen him relocate to our Ullswater Crescent Service Centre. He has now worked through his Apprenticeship and graduated from there in 2009 and is now a fully qualified technician.
Located at our Service Center, Dominic is responsible for ensuring that all workshop jobs have the appropriate parts available. As a member of our Parts team he also runs the Parts counter in store on some Sundays.
Likely to be your first point of contact at our Service Centre, Gary is Honda Institute trained in Honda systems, warranty and aftercare and will arrange for your bike to be serviced, repaired or fitted with accessories. 20 years, a motorcyclist, he loves talking bikes.
Robin has worked for other large dealerships prior to joining us here at Dobles. He is very experienced in dealing with requests from the smallest, to the largest of jobs - from a simple chain adjustment to a Goldwing Crash-repair! His job also requires him to oversee all insurance repairs including liaising with the assessors, handling any Honda warranty claims as well as managing the workload of the workshop to ensure peak efficiency and quality. Ronan joined us following a 12 year career in Naval Aviation Engineering. His logical and methodical approach, developed in his time with the Navy, complement his Honda Institute training and he is now a highly competent Motorcycle and ATV technician. Ronan is also one of our full time MOT testers as well.
One of our newest Technician Roy joined us as a part time Maintenance Technician in 2010, then due to his methodical nature and attention to detail we offered him a full time position. Fully Honda trained and with 3 years at college studying bike mechanics he is very experienced, he won an award for best engineer in the south east 2010 whilst at college. When he not fixing or riding your find him fishing or on the golf course.
Scott Bullett Diagnostic Technician & Workshop Foreman
A Honda approved diagnostic motorcycle Technician, Scott has many years of Honda experience. His daily activities range from MOT quality control to full engine rebuilds and complex fault diagnosis. Equally at home fitting accessories to new machines from extra lights on your Goldwing to performance parts for your Fireblade, he gets his relaxation with a spot of lake fishing.
Steven is currently undertaking an apprenticeship with the support of our workshop team, learning and developing new skills on a daily basis. Away from work Steven is in a band, playing the bass guitar.
