Robin has worked for other large dealerships prior to joining us here at Dobles. He is very experienced in dealing with requests from the smallest, to the largest of jobs - from a simple chain adjustment to a Goldwing Crash-repair! His job also requires him to oversee all insurance repairs including liaising with the assessors, handling any Honda warranty claims as well as managing the workload of the workshop to ensure peak efficiency and quality. Brian is our Workshop Foreman and is a fully qualified diagnostics technician assessed and approved by Honda UK. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is responsible for all aspects of running our workshop. Despite his managerial responsibilities and watching over 10 mechanics he still finds time to carry out servicing and repairs as well as MOT’s. Justin is a valued member of our service team. He is a fully diagnostics technician assessed and approved by Honda UK. His primary role is to carry out servicing and repair work on our customers machines. He also carries out PDI's during busy periods. Despite his height he is at home working on all machines!

As one of the longest serving members of staff, Shelly has had experience in running all the departments within the company. She now works predominately behind the scenes alongside Mike and Paul helping to run the business side of the company. She is still regularly on the shop floor making sure our customers are well looked after and that our staff are happy.

Dave started working here at Dobles on the preparation team valeting the used motorcycles prior to sale. He has now earned a place on the Honda Modern Apprenticeship Scheme which has seen him relocate to our Ullswater Crescent Service Centre where he can gain experience and work to becoming a fully qualified technician in the future.

Paul joined us in the Summer 2006 from a Honda dealer that has now closed. He brings with him a willingness to learn and an attention to detail. He has just graduated from the Honda Institute's modern apprenticeship.
