It had often been said that Honda had been left behind with their Fireblade when compared to the competition in the litre sports bike class, but that was until the new 2020 year model was launched to a long awaited audience. It now features all the electronics and race assist features that we've seen from other brands but now with the added benefit of the renowned Honda build quality and race-winning pedigree that we've all come to expect.

The standard offering is anything but standard, but then comes the SP version, which is what we're proud to have here. With the Akrapovic full system being standard, the additional options over and above the regular machine including a factory installed quick-shifter and Ohlins suspension, there really is little to do to be one of the main protagonists if you're looking to go racing with it.

This outstanding example has been owned by one of the big names here in the UK in the world of Fireblades and their owners, Chris Flux bought this beauty back in July last year and since then has spent many fine weekends out enjoying it's capabilities. Despite him putting just over 8k miles on the clock, he's looked after it throughout with a full service history so that the potential new owner could easily mistake it for a new machine. This has been helped with the installation of 3M's Venture Shield paint-work protection from the beginning.

Chris invested in the obligatory number plate tail-tidy conversion from R&G Racing from the outset as well as the optional genuine Honda OEM pillion single-seat converter pod. He's installed a set of frame protector pads, again from R&G and a genuine Honda tank shield too. It has a fresh set of tyres installed and is ready to go on our same-day-ride-away scheme if that works for you. Although the first initials may mean nothing to you, you'll also get the cherished plate featuring the RR-R as part of this package deal.
